WordPress, built properly.

The platform most of our clients run on, because their teams can edit it without us. We build it lean: a custom theme, the fewest plugins that do the job, staged updates and a care plan that keeps it fast.

Choose WordPress when…

  • Your team needs to publish pages, posts and case studies without a developer.
  • You want a large ecosystem of integrations: CRM, payments, events, membership plugins.
  • The budget is fixed and the timeline is weeks, not quarters.
  • You already run WordPress and want it rebuilt, sped up or looked after.

WordPress work we take on.

Custom themes

Built from the agreed wireframes, with the block editor set up so your team gets the design system rather than a blank canvas.

WooCommerce

Shops, trade portals and bespoke-order flows, with payments, shipping and tax configured and tested.

Rebuilds and clean-ups

Page builders stripped out, plugin counts cut, speed and Core Web Vitals fixed without losing rankings.

Care plans

Daily off-site backups, staged core and plugin updates, security patching and uptime monitoring from £165 a month.

Built on WordPress.

Questions about WordPress

Do you use page builders like Elementor?

No. We build custom themes on the block editor, which keeps the site fast and the markup clean. We do rebuild sites that were made with page builders.

Can we keep our existing content?

Yes. Pages, posts, media and URLs come across, and every old URL that ranks keeps working or redirects.

Is WordPress secure enough for a larger organisation?

Yes, when it is maintained: minimal plugins, staged updates, a web application firewall, daily backups and multi-factor authentication on every account. That is what the care plan is for.

WordPress or Umbraco for a membership body?

WordPress when you need to move quickly and keep costs predictable; Umbraco when the member data model is bespoke or you have a .NET team. Discovery settles it before you spend on either.

How long does a WordPress build take?

Package sites launch in four to eight weeks from the brief. A larger build with integrations is phased at discovery and runs in fortnightly sprints.

Other technologies we build on

Tell us what the site has to do, and we will say whether WordPress is the right tool.

Same-day reply with a price and a date for package builds, or a discovery proposal for larger programmes.
