This statement applies to kickassonline.com, the website of Kickass Online Ltd. It does not cover our client portal or the websites we build for clients, which have their own statements.
What you can do on this site
- Use the whole site with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a "skip to content" link on every page.
- Use a screen reader: every image has a text alternative, every form field has a label, headings follow a logical order and landmarks mark the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- Zoom to 400% or use a 320px wide screen without content being cut off or needing to scroll sideways.
- Switch between light and dark themes, and switch animations off with the "Reduce motion" control in the footer. We also respect your operating system's reduced-motion and contrast settings.
- Pause the moving ticker strips with the pause button at their right-hand edge.
AbilityNet's My Computer My Way has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this site is
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. Every page template is tested with automated checks (axe-core, in light and dark themes, at phone width) before it is published, and we test the main journeys by hand with a keyboard and VoiceOver.
Known limitations
- The legal text of our privacy, cookie and terms pages is rendered by Termageddon, a third-party service. We have asked for it to use our heading structure, but we do not control its markup.
- Older blog posts (before October 2026) were migrated from WordPress. Some images from that period have brief text alternatives that we are improving post by post.
- Case-study screenshots are long page captures shown in scrolling frames. Each has a caption, but the text inside the screenshots is not read out.
- Embedded videos load from YouTube when you press play and use YouTube's own player controls.
Feedback and contact
If you find something you cannot use, or you need information from this site in a different format, email info@kickassonline.com or call +44 204 634 7570. We reply within five working days and will fix what we can.
Under the Equality Act 2010 we have a duty to make reasonable adjustments. If you are not satisfied with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service can advise you. (The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to us as a private company, so complaints do not go to the Equality and Human Rights Commission.)
Technical information
Kickass Online Ltd is committed to making this website accessible. This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA because of the limitations listed above.
How we tested
Automated testing with axe-core through Playwright on every page template, in both themes and at 320px, plus manual keyboard and screen-reader checks on the homepage, blog, case studies and contact form.
