Which Umbraco versions do you work with?

New builds go on the current long-term-support release. Upgrades start from whatever version you are on, with a content and media migration and a regression test plan written before we touch it.

Should we choose Umbraco or WordPress?

Umbraco if you have a .NET estate, a bespoke content model, several sites run by one editorial team, or procurement that needs an open-source platform with a commercial vendor behind it. Otherwise WordPress gets you there faster and cheaper.

Can you take over an existing Umbraco site?

Yes. We audit the code, the version and the hosting first, quote any repairs the previous build needs, and then run it under a care plan.

How much does an Umbraco build cost?

Discovery gives you the figure. It is a fixed fee, quoted before it starts, and it ends in a fixed price for the build and a phased plan for the rest.

Can your team edit an Umbraco site without a developer?

Yes. Editors work in the back office with document types we set up for your content, and we train the comms team at handover.
