How we work
Two ways in.
Under £10,000, send the brief and we reply the same day with a price and a date. Over £10,000, we start with discovery, because guessing at that size is expensive for both of us.
Two ways to start
Discovery
Two weeks, a fixed fee, and you own the output.
Discovery answers three questions: what is broken, what it should look like instead, and what that costs. You get a written report and a presentation to your team. Take it to another supplier if you like; it is written so they can use it.
What you get
- Stakeholder interviews: up to six conversations with the people who own the site, the budget and the day-to-day.
- An audit of the current site, its analytics, integrations and hosting, read for where it loses people.
- The two or three user journeys that matter most, mapped end to end.
- A technical recommendation: platform, integrations, hosting, security and accessibility, with the reasons written down.
- A phased, costed roadmap with a fixed price for phase one, presented to your team and yours to keep.
Build
Fortnightly sprints, a named account manager, a staging site you can see.
- Every two weeks
Sprint planning and a demo
You see working pages, not status reports. Priorities can move between sprints.
- Before any code
Design approved
Pages designed in your brand from the agreed wireframes, signed off before they are built.
- From week one
A staging site you can open
Nothing reaches live without your sign-off, and you can look at any time.
- Before the switch
The launch checklist
Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, a security review, a performance budget, analytics and consent, redirects, Search Console, backups.
- At handover
Training and documentation
Your team can run the site without calling us. Written down, not just shown once.
After launch
Kept online, and kept moving.
- Care plansBackups, staged updates, security patching and uptime monitoring, so the site stays fast and online.See Care plans
- Kickass DaysPrepaid blocks of our time for the changes a year brings, with one sign-off and every task logged in 15-minute increments.See Kickass Days
- SEO, GEO and AEORanked on Google, recommended by AI assistants, reported in enquiries and revenue rather than traffic.See SEO, GEO and AEO
Who you work with
A core team, all with direct email addresses.
Pazbi leads strategy and design. Linkon builds. Panos runs operations and hosting. Radhika is your account manager and the person who answers the phone. When a project needs a specialist the core team does not have, we bring one in and tell you who it is.
Questions
Questions about how we work
What counts as a larger project?
Anything over £10,000, or any site with integrations such as a membership CRM, payments or single sign-on. Those start with discovery. Everything else gets a same-day price and date from the brief.
Do I have to build with you after discovery?
No. The roadmap is yours, and the report is written so your own team or another supplier can build from it.
How long does a build take?
Package sites launch in four to eight weeks. Larger programmes are phased at discovery and typically run three to five months, in fortnightly sprints with a demo at the end of each.
Who signs things off?
You do, on the staging site, before anything goes live. One named person on your side keeps that quick.
What happens after launch?
A care plan covers backups, updates, security and monitoring from £165 a month, and Kickass Days cover changes through the year with one sign-off.
Can you work with our procurement process?
Yes. We respond to tenders and RFPs, sign data processing agreements and complete supplier questionnaires. The Security, data and trust page has the details.
