Is our data safe in n8n?

The workflows run on an account in your name, credentials sit in a vault, and no client data goes into public AI tools. Full details are on the Security, data and trust page.

Can you automate our membership renewals?

Yes. Renewal reminders, lapse follow-ups and payment confirmations are a common first workflow, connected to your CRM and email platform.

Who maintains the workflows?

We do, under a care plan or a Kickass Days block, with error alerts and a monthly review. The workflows are documented so your own team can read and switch them off.
