Zapier for a few simple automations at low volume in a tool the team can edit. n8n for higher volumes, branching logic, AI steps and self-hosting, where the cost stays flat as usage grows.

What does Zapier cost?

Zapier bills per month by task volume and features, in your own account. We tell you the expected tier before building, and we flag when n8n would be cheaper.

Can you fix our existing Zaps?

Yes. We audit what runs, what fails silently and who owns it, then rebuild or retire each one with error alerts added.

Can Zapier use AI?

Yes, with built-in AI steps and connections to Claude and OpenAI. For anything involving client data we apply the same rule as elsewhere: business accounts, no training on your data, and a person in the loop.

Who owns the automations?

You do. They run in your Zapier account with us as a collaborator you can remove, and each one is documented.
