Websites that earn their keep for membership organisations.

Your website is where members join, renew, book, learn and complain. We build and run sites that do all five without a support ticket, on Umbraco or WordPress, integrated with the CRM you already have.

Most membership websites were built for the organisation, not the member.

The join form takes eleven clicks. Renewals depend on someone in the office remembering to send an email. The events calendar lives in a plugin nobody dares update. The CRM and the CMS disagree about who is a member. Search brings in students and nobody else.

None of that is a design problem. It is a systems problem with a design symptom, and it is the reason a rebuild by a generalist agency usually produces a prettier version of the same faults.

We have run the website of a chartered professional body from the inside. We know where the problems hide.

Five things we fix, in the order they pay back.

  1. Member journeys

Join, renew, upgrade, lapse and win-back mapped end to end, then built so each step is measurable. Fewer clicks, fewer drop-offs, fewer calls to the membership team.

  2. CMS and CRM integration

Umbraco or WordPress connected to your membership CRM so one record is true everywhere, with single sign-on for members where your stack supports it.

  3. Content that ranks and converts

SEO aimed at the people who become members and the employers who fund them, with structured content AI assistants can quote when someone asks which professional body to join.

  4. Accessibility, security and compliance

WCAG 2.2 AA as a build standard, Cyber Essentials-aligned practice, UK GDPR processing agreements and cookie consent that stands up to scrutiny.

  5. Automation for the membership team

Renewal reminders, event follow-ups, CPD logging, enquiry triage and a voice agent for the phone line, so your team stops doing the same task four hundred times a year.

Umbraco for the complex, WordPress for the fast.

Umbraco suits organisations with bespoke member data models, several sites and a .NET estate. WordPress suits organisations that need to move quickly and keep costs predictable. We build, migrate and maintain both, and we tell you which one you need before you spend a penny on either. Cloudflare sits in front of both for speed and security.

Discovery first. Always.

Every larger engagement starts with a paid discovery phase: two weeks, a fixed fee, and a written roadmap you own whether or not you build with us. It covers stakeholder interviews, an audit of the current site and integrations, member journey mapping, a technical recommendation and a costed, phased plan.

Build phases run in fortnightly sprints with a named account manager, a staging environment you can see at any time and a launch checklist that includes accessibility, security and analytics sign-off. After launch, a care plan keeps the site patched, monitored and improving.

Work for organisations with members.

Day to day we manage the Umbraco website, the Cloudflare set-up and the membership data analysis for a UK chartered institute. That work stays unnamed until the institute signs off a case study, so the studies below are smaller organisations with members: a golf club, a survivor charity and a networking chapter. Ask on a call and we will walk you through the institute work.

Cyber Essentials certified. ICO registered, with a Data Protection Lead and a breach procedure that supports your own 72-hour obligation. A published library of policies including Modern Slavery, Equal Opportunities, Environmental and Whistleblowing. Data processing agreement signed before any personal data is shared.

Procurement questions

Can you respond to a formal tender or RFP?

Yes. Send the documents and the deadline. We respond in your format, with references, and we tell you within 48 hours if we are not the right fit rather than waste your evaluation time.

Do you sign data processing agreements?

Yes. We sign yours or supply ours. Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy sets out our processor obligations, sub-processors and breach procedure.

What accessibility standard do you build to?

WCAG 2.2 AA. We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks before launch, and we supply an accessibility statement for your site.

Where is the site hosted?

Hosting is specified per project and named in the proposal, with Cloudflare in front of it and the credentials held in a shared vault with multi-factor authentication. We do not move member data outside the UK without your agreement.

What happens if you disappear?

You keep everything. Code, content and accounts are in your name from day one, with us as administrators you can remove in an afternoon.

Who will we deal with?

Radhika, your named account manager, plus direct access to the developer and the founder. No layered account teams.

How much does it cost?

Discovery gives you the exact figure. It is a fixed-fee, two-week phase that ends in a costed roadmap you own, and the build is priced per phase from that roadmap.

Tell us what your members are complaining about.

Fifteen minutes with Pazbi, no pitch. If discovery is the right next step, we say so and send a proposal the same week.
