SUFFOLK SURVIVOR PATHWAY

Suffolk Survivor Pathway, a coalition of six specialist charities supporting survivors of sexual violence, partnered with Kickass Online to build a website from scratch that could turn their shared “No Wrong Door” pledge into something real. What began as no domain, no brand, and no digital presence became a calm, multilingual point of entry to support, in two weeks.

WHAT WE STAND FOR.

The Challenge

Six Suffolk-based organisations, Brave Futures, Suffolk ISVA Service, Suffolk SARC, Restitute, Survivors in Transition, and IRIS, had committed to a shared pledge that no survivor of sexual violence would be turned away or lost in a referral loop.

  • That commitment existed only as an agreement between the organisations, with no domain, no brand, and no website to make it real
  • Professionals trying to refer someone for support had nowhere consistent to send them
  • Survivors themselves had no single starting point and no guarantee that the door they knocked on would be the right one

Our Approach

Kickass Online started from absolute zero: no brand, no domain, no content, and moved fast without cutting a corner.

  • Brand identity: A full visual identity was designed from scratch, built around safety, trust, and connection rather than a generic charity look.
  • Information architecture: The site was mapped around three distinct audiences: survivors under and over 18, family and friends, and referring professionals.
  • Safety features: A Quick Exit button, browser-history clearing guidance, and high-contrast easy-read design were built into every page from the start.
  • Multilingual access: Full translations in Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Portuguese were added alongside English, so language was never the barrier to support.

The Solution

A single, calm point of entry that makes the "No Wrong Door" pledge real rather than theoretical. Every visitor, regardless of which of the six organisations they land on, is three clicks away from the right support, in their own language, with an exit route always visible.

The Results

The pathway now delivers a three-click guarantee to reach support, unifies six organisations behind one shared front door, and runs in five languages.

THE ALGORITHM DOESN'T LIE.
