Core service
AI integrations.
AI that knows your business, wired into the tools you already use: a chatbot trained on your own documents, a voice agent that answers the phone, automations that chase quotes, reviews and invoices, and AI inside your CRM and inbox. Each one is scoped on a call and priced per job.
The reality
Most AI add-ons answer from the internet.
A chat widget that knows nothing about your prices, your availability or your process creates work for you and annoys the customer. An integration is only useful when it is trained on your own information and connected to the systems where the work happens.
The bolt-on standard
A widget with a logo on it.
- Problem: Answers from the open web, not your business.
- Problem: No access to your calendar, CRM or inbox.
- Problem: Nobody checks what it told customers last week.
- Problem: A monthly fee for a tool you could have installed yourself.
The Kickass standard
Built on your data, connected to your tools.
- Instead: Trained on your documents, prices and FAQs.
- Instead: Books, quotes and logs in the systems you already use.
- Instead: Every conversation and action reviewed with you each month.
- Instead: Scoped and priced per job, with the running costs stated up front.
How we work
How we integrate.
Map the job
A 30-minute call to find the task worth automating: the questions you answer ten times a week, the phone calls you miss, the follow-ups that slip. We pick one and write down what done looks like.
Connect the data
We gather the documents, prices and policies the AI needs, connect the calendar, CRM, email or phone system it has to act on, and agree what it must never do.
Build and test
We build the chatbot, voice agent or n8n automation, test it against real questions and edge cases with you, and set the fallback to a human for anything it is not sure about.
Monitor and improve
After launch we review transcripts and actions with you, fix the gaps and expand the scope once the first job is reliable.
AI integrations FAQ
AI integrations FAQ
What can you integrate?
Chatbots on your website and WhatsApp, voice agents that answer and route calls, automations on n8n or Zapier for quotes, reviews and invoices, AI summaries and drafting inside Gmail or Outlook, and AI assistants connected to your CRM. If a task has a clear input and output, it is a candidate.
Which AI models do you use?
Claude, OpenAI and Google models, chosen per job for accuracy, cost and where the data is processed. We tell you which model runs each integration and what it costs per month.
What happens to our data?
Your documents stay in your accounts. Prompts and answers go to the model provider under a business agreement with no training on your data, and we keep to UK GDPR: a processing record, retention limits and a human route for anyone who asks for one.
How much does it cost?
Each integration is quoted as a fixed build price plus the monthly running cost of the model and tools, after a free call. A single chatbot or automation is a few days of work; a voice agent with bookings is more.
Do we need a new website for this?
No. Integrations connect to the site and systems you have. If the site itself is the problem, we say so and quote that separately.
Who looks after it once it is live?
We do, under a care plan or a Kickass Days block, with a monthly review of what the AI said and did.
Will this replace people?
It replaces tasks. The hours come back to your team for the work that needs a person.
Can our IT team review it?
Yes, and we would rather they did before launch than after. Every automation is documented, runs on accounts you own, and can be switched off by your team.
