The story
The Challenge
Solid Accounts had no website to show the services it provides.
- A construction subcontractor needing CIS returns and a limited company director needing corporation tax support look for different reassurances, and a single generic homepage would leave both unsure the practice understood their situation
- Trust in the details matters in accountancy, and with no online presence the practice lost the clients who searched before calling
- The practice’s AAT licence and regulatory registrations, its strongest credibility signals, had nowhere to appear online
Our Approach
Kickass Online built the site from scratch.
- Client segmentation: Kickass Online structured the site around four client types, Sole Traders, Limited Companies, Partnerships and Construction Industry, each with its own explanation of the support on offer.
- Practical urgency: The self assessment deadline sits on the homepage, giving visitors a practical reason to act.
- Self-serve value: Links to HMRC’s own calculators give visitors something useful before they become a paying client.
- Credibility from day one: The practice’s AAT licence and regulatory registrations appear on the site from launch, so a new online presence with no history has proof behind it.
The Solution
The new site gives each of the four client types a section written for their situation, backed by the practice’s licence and registrations.
The Result
Solid Accounts now has a site where each client type finds language written for their situation on the first visit, with the practice’s AAT licence and regulatory registrations shown throughout.
