The Challenge
Rehealth Me treats chronic pain with a range of holistic therapies.
- Hirudotherapy, one of the therapies, is effective but unfamiliar, and for many first-time visitors the idea alone is off-putting before they understand how or why it works
- A new or returning client needed to book an appointment, browse a small retail range and understand an unusual treatment before walking through the door
- All three jobs, booking, retail and education, had to fit on one site without one crowding out the others
Our Approach
Kickass Online built a site that gives booking, retail and education equal weight.
- Appointment booking built in: A “Book Appointment” link runs throughout the site and connects to a live scheduling tool, so a visitor can book a session without a phone call.
- Dedicated education hub: An education section explains hirudotherapy, covering the history of medicinal leeches, technique, safety and contraindications, so a sceptical client arrives informed.
- Service-specific pages: Manual therapy, hirudotherapy and cupping each have their own page, so a visitor researching one treatment finds detail written for it.
- Retail shop: A WooCommerce shop runs alongside the therapy pages, giving Rehealth Me a retail channel while booking stays the main journey.
The Solution
Kickass Online built one site where booking, retail and education sit as equal parts, with the shop built in from the start and the unusual treatment explained in full.
The Result
Rehealth Me now runs live appointment booking, a retail shop and an education hub covering its therapies, so new and existing clients can book, buy and understand the practice’s approach to chronic pain in one place.
