Kickass Days are prepaid blocks of our team's time. You choose 3, 7 or 10 days, and we add bonus time on top.
You can spend them on any website work in scope, from a quick content update to a new feature build. Every block includes the same services. The only thing that changes is how much time you get.
Your days are valid for 12 months from purchase. One Kickass Day equals 8 hours of work.
Ad hoc work is billed at £130 per hour. Kickass Days start at £100 per hour, and the bonus time brings that even lower. On a 10-day block, you get £11,440 worth of work for £8,000.
No more raising a purchase order every time you need a change. Approve one budget line for the year and draw on it whenever you need to.
You won't need to brief a new freelancer or agency every time. The same people work on your website, so requests move faster and nothing gets lost in the handover
Our client intake is deliberately small. Kickass Days reserve your share of our team, so your work is planned in rather than squeezed in.
One balance covers design, development, SEO, integrations and strategy. Use it for lots of small changes or one bigger project. It's your call.
We log every task in 15-minute increments and agree an estimate with you before larger jobs start. A quarterly review shows exactly where your time has gone.
