Bush Hill Travel were offering bespoke luxury cruises, honeymoon packages, and multi-destination experiences and their branding was pulling in budget-seekers who had no intention of buying. Their old visual identity screamed 'high-street travel agent.'
Their website was clunky, inflexible, and completely misaligned with the affluent clientele they needed to attract. Every enquiry from the wrong type of buyer was a waste of their time and a signal that their digital presence was doing them serious damage.

The new website puts luxury services front and centre: Disney cruises, bespoke honeymoons, multi-destination itineraries all presented with the elegance their target client expects. We baked in quality-filtering copy and targeted CTAs to make sure the tyre-kickers self-select out before they ever hit the contact form.
