Tam & Co had done everything right where it counts: over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, NICEIC approved contractor status, £5 million public liability insurance, more than 1,500 commercial projects and 5,000 domestic jobs completed across London and Hertfordshire. A family-run business built on reputation, referrals, and results. What they didn't have was a single digital asset to show for it. No website. No way for a landlord, developer, or homeowner to find them on Google. No platform to communicate their accreditations, their breadth of services, or the trust they had spent two decades earning. Every new job came through word of mouth and every potential client searching online was finding a competitor instead.
We built their entire digital presence from the ground up. A clean, professional WordPress website structured around the two audiences that matter most to Tam & Co: domestic clients and commercial clients. Twelve service pages from consumer unit upgrades and full rewiring to EV charger installation, fire and smoke alarms, EICR landlord certificates, and bar and restaurant fitouts each written to rank for the search terms their ideal clients actually use. The NICEIC approval, Checkatrade listing, Trusted Trader registration, and Rated People profile were all surfaced as trust signals at key decision points. A clear, direct CTA, Give Us a Call is visible across every page.
