Specialist kit that competitors can't touch, automatic stair climbers, cherry pickers, the full arsenal. They were industry titans in every sense that mattered.

Except online. Their website was a brochure in a market that demands an interactive logistics partner. High-value services, from international relocations to specialist After Builders Cleaning  were buried under generic navigation and flat page structures. Their hard-won trust signals: the BICSc accreditation, NGRS membership, RIOS certification, that near-perfect Checkatrade score were present but passive. Decorative rather than converting. The expertise was real. The digital engine to monetise it simply wasn't there.

THE KICKASS FIX.

We didn't reskin the site. We re-engineered the entire lead-to-service pipeline. Starting with architecture, we rebuilt the user journey around one strategic principle: stress-free. That's the Active Moves brand promise, and we made it the structural backbone of every page.

Each service got its own high-intent landing page. Residential moves, complex commercial relocations, carpet cleaning, after builders cleans, decontamination, commercial window cleaning, office cleaning, segmented and optimised so that a visitor who needs a specific solution lands somewhere that speaks directly to them. No more hunting. No more friction.

We front-loaded the authority. Live rating snapshots, accreditation bars, and verified review counts were repositioned as primary conversion drivers not footnotes. The 'Get a Quote' flow was stripped back to its most frictionless form, with CTAs deployed at every high-intent touchpoint across the site. The moment someone decides they need a mover, or cleaning services, the site captures them.

The credibility engine was the depth of detail. Every service page was written with precision, not generic filler, but specific, accurate descriptions of exactly what Active Moves delivers and how. Customers could read about the specialist equipment, the accredited staff. They arrived as browsers and left as believers. When a prospect lands on a service page that genuinely understands their problem, the decision is already made before they hit 'Get a Quote.'
