Six specialist organisations across Suffolk: Brave Futures, Suffolk ISVA Service, Suffolk SARC, Restitute, Survivors in Transition, and IRIS, had made a powerful pledge: No Wrong Door. No survivor would be turned away or lost in a referral loop. It was a bold, coordinated commitment.
It existed entirely on paper. There was no domain. No logo. No website. No digital infrastructure to make the pledge real for the people who needed it most. Survivors had nowhere to start. Professionals had nowhere to refer. The coalition needed a unified digital home — urgently.
We assembled a dedicated team and moved at speed without cutting a single corner. From absolute zero, no brand, no domain, no content, we designed a logo and full visual identity built around safety, trust, and connection, then built and launched a complete multilingual website.
The information architecture was mapped around three distinct audiences: survivors (under and over 18), friends and family, and professionals making referrals. Every interaction was designed to minimise cognitive load. A Quick Exit button on every page, browser history clearing instructions, high-contrast easy-read design, and a three-click guarantee to reach any service. Full translations in Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Portuguese ensured no community was left behind.
