Conflict of Interest Policy

Purpose: The Conflict of Interest Policy at Kickass Online Ltd (KAO) is designed to prevent conflicts of interest and to ensure that any such conflicts are properly managed and resolved. This policy aims to protect the integrity of KAO’s decision-making processes and maintain the trust of employees, clients, and the public.

Scope: This policy applies to all employees, officers, and directors of KAO.

4. Assessment and Management of Conflicts: Upon disclosure of a conflict of interest, KAO will assess the situation and determine an appropriate course of action. This may involve reassigning responsibilities, modifying work arrangements, or in some cases, requiring the divestment of conflicting interests.
5. Avoidance of Conflicts: Employees are expected to avoid situations that may lead to a conflict of interest. This includes not using their position at KAO for personal gain or advantage.
