Modern Slavery Policy

Purpose: The Modern Slavery Policy at Kickass Online Ltd (KAO) reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Scope: This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of KAO, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, contractors, consultants, and business partners.

Policy:

1. Zero Tolerance: KAO has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains.
2. Supply Chain Due Diligence: We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners. As part of our contracting processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor and ensure that our suppliers adhere to such standards.
3. Awareness and Training: To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, we provide training to our staff.
4. Reporting Concerns: We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains, of our organization. This reporting can be done confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
5. Responsibility and Enforcement: The responsibility for ensuring that our policy is implemented and adhered to in all levels of the company lies with the company’s leadership. Non-compliance with the policy by any individual working for or on behalf of KAO will be addressed and may result in disciplinary action.
6. Continuous Improvement: We will regularly review our policy and practices to identify how we can improve and further prevent the risk of modern slavery.
