- Milestone Celebrations: Significant work anniversaries, project completions, and other milestones will be recognised and celebrated to appreciate the long-term commitment and contributions of employees.
- Peer-to-Peer Recognition: Encourage a culture where employees can recognize and appreciate each other’s contributions through peer-to-peer recognition programs.
- Non-Monetary Rewards: In addition to monetary rewards, non-monetary forms of recognition such as extra time off, public acknowledgment, professional development opportunities, and other perks will be offered.
